Obtaining technical specification and requirements analysis: I receive your instructions and project details: room plan with dimensions (preferably in dwg format), lighting plan, furniture models, colour scheme, references to objects, materials and textures, etc. Structuring and analysing the data
Discussion: before starting work, if necessary, I clarify all the nuances
Work on the project (2-5 days)
First preview: I am sending you the first renders
Making changes: I make corrections according to your requirements (3 corrections - free of charge)
Final: I am sending you the finished work

You're not a designer?
If you are not a designer and you are interested in a conceptual design project for your premises (apartment, house, office, beauty salon, clinic, etc.):
I work with the plan of your premises, offer redevelopment options if necessary and coordinate with you
I offer options for furniture placement and coordinate with you
I offer a design according to your preferences and agree with you
You receive a finished project with 3D visualization
Then you independently select similar materials and furniture, taking into account your desires and capabilities
Prices
3D visualisation of the interior - from $10 per 1 sq.m. (when paying for rendering - from $80 per rendering, depending on the complexity of the interior)
Conceptual interior design (includes 3D visualization) – from $20 per 1 sq.m.
Animation, light animation, 360 panorama, virtual tour – by agreement (may be a bonus)
All prices are negotiated and set individually depending on the complexity and volume of the project

30% prepayment
70% at the final
